Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note, final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping for all orders within the UK. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.

No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
